Omaxe Group, a pioneering real estate developer, has secured the signature commercial project of Omaxe Dwarka Delhi. With a budget of INR 2100 crore, the project entails the development of a sports complex and retail center in the strategic location of Dwarka, the national capital.

The commercial project in Dwarka follows the Design Build Finance and Operate concept. Omaxe Group has acquired 50.4 acres of land from DDA, allocating INR 1,300 to 1,400 crores for the sports complex and the rest for the shopping district. The project offers indoor and outdoor sports facilities alongside shopping, dining, and entertainment options. After 30 years, DDA will assume responsibility for construction and maintenance, with a 99-year lease agreement.
